Alf Pain

Alf, the founding member and Managing Director of Keystone Project Recruitment (KPR), has vast experience in recruiting, management and execution of projects, in the industrial, minerals and mining sectors. In addition to managing the business, Alf still actively recruits, and his portfolio comprises the development of talent networks for Project Managers, Lead and Discipline Engineers, HSQE Managers, Project Controllers, Project Planners, Procurement & Contract Personnel, Financial Administrators and Marketing Managers.

Having proven her strong financial and administrative capabilities, Zenobia’s career advanced rapidly within KPR, beginning as secretary in 2003 and being promoted through the organisation, particularly within the financial department. Zenobia achieved her ICB Financial Accounting Qualification in 2018 but has also completed a host of courses in a wide range of subjects, from First Aid to Payroll Tax, Skills Development and People Management.
