In addition to managing the business, Alf still actively recruits, and his portfolio comprises the development of talent networks for Project Managers, Lead and Discipline Engineers, HSQE Managers, Project Controllers, Project Planners, Procurement & Contract Personnel, Financial Administrators and Marketing Managers.

Zenobia achieved her ICB Financial Accounting Qualification in 2018 but has also completed a host of courses in a wide range of subjects, from First Aid to Payroll Tax, Skills Development and People Management.
